if you havent done the swap to a larger clutch slave cylinder, the shorties will be shit on the ducati's heavy clutch(wet clutch on 848 might be lighter action)...
I have shorty's on the 1098, and although great for the brake, i wish i had long on the clutch, as 2 1/2 fingers get a workout in traffic etc
