Rich Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: PSB Cafe Posts: 7,910	I've been changing oil after every day at the track... Filter every second one... I use semi-synthetic... You would be surprised as to how dirty the oil gets in 100 kays at race pace... Drain your oil into a tray and put it out of the for a month or so...
