Melkor, June/Dec Rego is Block Licencing system. So all Govt. rego's come up all at once rather than paying rego's every day.
The only cop car's I know of that are not rego'd is when drug squad and the like take cars from impound for undercover use, but this does not happen all that often now.
Now it is Tarago's and the like with dark tint and a little square cut out for the spy camera in the back.
Look for non-holden/ford/toyota/cop type vehicle's with really dark tint and you have a winner.
Not that I have ever seen one.........
