I don't have any issues but I'm using a wired connection. Give Tversity a go see how it works for you. I probably wouldn't want to stream HD movies but for any TV series there is absolutely no issue.
In my next place I'm going to build a media PC, but in the short term and for non-blue ray or HD stuff I think it's great. The hold up will always be processing side, and I've noted that Tversity has no codecs for .mdk (which apparently is some sort of a media content container, and the follow on from .ogg)
Also does music of course no issues
