I think Bec means that you shouldn't just be riding in the same line on the road, you need to be moving into the right lane if there is a car on the left side of the road waiting in a side street, back over to the left if the car on the right is way to close kinda thing, safety margin always there, plus it keeps the cagers behind you aware of you, that's my take on what she means anyway
