JUst thought I'd let everyone know - I passed
today up at Joondalup.
Thanks to Steve at Elite - fantastic instructor!!!
Had a lesson before the test and got drenched!!!!
THen had the test with Kelvin - was pretty good, told me to go where I'd just had my lesson, went from licensing centre to McLarty Road, where pulled over then straight into O turns (clockwise), 3 off, then told me to go up and do emergency brake, wasn't too worried about distance, (they give you 16m in wet), more control.
Quick spin up candlewood drive then back down to lakeside and to licensing centre, spent more time stopped at lights than driving.
I definately think having Steve there shows you've had professional instruction and then showing confidence and control for the eseentials, he seemed pretty happy with the way I rode. Just kept doing endless head checking.
Hopefully some tips for anyone having their test up at Joondalup!
