like i said i'm very happy with my bike, and it runs very well. Just nice to know the 21,000 km on it is a load of bull-dust though.

I would think that most are probably correct as I think the govt departments responsible would have picked up on it by now with so many being sold, also if you look at most jap cars they are low km as well due to the fact that cars a cheaper in comparison, but emission regs and licencing regs make it uneconomical to certify vehicles over a certain age, milage etc. Also they have a very good public transport system, shortage of parking and lots of vehicles on the road contribute to low use of vehicles
