plus, can I add - unless its an emergency swerve, move across your lane SLOWLY so ppl can see what you're doing and adjust their speed to acommodate. If I must change position, I always take a few seconds to do it, rather than just plonking myself in front of someone, and no one's ever complained about me cutting them off.
