Are talking about changing lanes from left to right on a double lane carriage way or with in the one lane. When changes lanes on a dual-carriage way then yes Indicate. But within the one lane it creates confusion and people start indicating to turn on the learner rides.

During the learner rides you should need to change position in the lane that often so its best to just acknowledge to the person behind you that you intend to move over in front of them. As Machast suggest do it slowly and you shouldnt have a problem.
