Spotted @ 1400hrs exiting Bunnings round-a-bout @ Mindarie (southbound on Marmion). White 'Mercedes like' (Iveco?) van Regn 1BLT 847.
You my friend are F***ed in the head. Sitting in the right lane doing 60km/h (speed limit posted at 80 km/h). Swerving all over the lane, just no end to it at all. From behind, I thought someone was wrestling the driver for the steering wheel.
Finally got a chance to get into the left hand lane to overtake this moron. Look (up) at the driver, and he is (GET THIS):
1. Talking on the mobile phone which is.....
2. Tucked into left shoulder, because in his right hand......
3. He has a biro/pen/pencil which he is using to.....
4. Write onto a pad that is resting on the steering wheel.
When he finished his call.....he put the phone and pen and pad onto the passenger seat, because he couldn't put his seat belt on otherwise. MORON!
