I'd rather wait my chance and i know i can't do anything now that i've named the car and myself on here but the likelihood of finding them now is small and after a couple of months you can never be totally sure its the same people in the car. It could be a brother or have even sold the car and i won't go after someone unless i'm sure its them. If i'd caught up to them at the lights a few hundred metres down the road it would have been VERY different.....[/b]

Well, the record of offences gets long enough, the punishments get worse. If no one bothers, then *nothing* is likely to happen to the guy which is even worse....
