This evening I saw a guy on a black 50cc scooter (rego# 1CM-968) come very close to being seriously injured or possibly even killed.
Happened on Whatley crescent in Mt Lawley at the railway crossing bridge traffic lights.
This joker blasted straight past me, through a red light, and onto Whatley crescent, almost getting himself T-boned by a large 4wd and then gave a glare to the driver of the 4wd as if it was all his fault.
Further on I pulled up next to him at the Guildford Rd traffic lights, wound my window down and informed him that was a red light back there and that he came very close to dying, on hearing this his response was to nod and smack his fist into his palm???
Further on again whilst we were waiting at the Graham Farmer fwy on ramp for a red light this bloke decides its taking too long for the lights to change so he rides his scooter down the cycle path towards the river never to be seen again?????
If anyone reading this knows this guy and considers him a friend, I would strongly suggest for his own safety that you take the keys to his little scooter away from him, permanently...
