I can understand you'd be getting a bit undermined in the confidence department, but look at what is the main cause i.e. are you grabbing the front brake when you are going slow? Is it only happening when you are stopped? If so why, are you leaning the wrong way, not able to have your right foot down when you put the side stand down with the left leg? When you are taking off, is it a balance issue?
Grab a shadow and see if they can help you with where you are going wrong.
