I don't know you and never met Kerrily But I know how hard it is to deal with loss - this year being the first time ever I had to face reality of death.
You say 'one month'...and I know you'll probably realise there's gunna be first christmas - first birthday etc and those days are gunna be hard BUT those are the days to think of the fond memories and all those memories you hold close to your heart - think of the person that always made you laugh and use these times to celebrate her and her vibrance.
Cherish those moments where she comes to you in dreams - they are simply her way of getting messages to you that you're waiting to hear!
and remember turn to someone...anyone when you need to talk !
