The N techs were raved about last year by a lot of the factory teams and other people who used them ! you had to pay a fair bit more for them but people said they were worth it !
I've never riden them (sold the new set I had) but some of the local guys who have ridden them have struggled a bit to get the bike setup right so they were chewing the rear out pretty quickly, plus to add to the heartache mid season last year you couldn't buy a set of them as most had been allocated to the factory teams, i heard of guys buying them in the UK and shipping them over to Aust just to be able to get a set !
if you want to run the N techs this year then hopefully they have their shit sorted out when it comes to the amount they bring in ! If you get a chance to buy them at the start of the year then buy as many as they will let you or as many as you can afford !
