Doesn't matter what shop you SHOULDN'T be going to. Learn from this and take heed:
1) Don't mention you get it serviced by Derek.
2) Go to Derek every time
Just had my bike serviced by him. The guy's a champ. I'll be getting my new chain and sprockets fitted by him in about a month's time. Pity that he couldn't fit the brakes coz he didn't have any for my bike in stock.
EDIT: just so you know acko, the PSB mods do not take lightly to bagging the service of shops. They don't mind you saying where you got outstanding service from though. Derek and Causeway, to date, have given me brilliant service in sales and service. Total Motorcycle ranks second to Causeway, only coz I always go in 5 min before closing and annoys them (and that's entirely my fault, when I go in during the day they're really helpful). This may not be the case for everyone else but that's just my experience.
