2c on the PV bottles.... The ones that come with the TYGA covers are nothing special and as lee mentions little shampoo bottles would work just as well. For the hose I'm thinking radiator overflow tube could be about the right size and rad shops have this on big rolls, 1mtr would be plenty and cheap.
