Thanks Ducmon,
I had a look at the manual it has the info on how to check the clearances but not the proceedure for adjusting them,at this stage I will leave it to the experts but maybe in the future and a heap of factory tools later I may have a go. I am also interested in lowering it slightly as I am on the balls of my feet at the moment but I beleive I would have to lower the front and back the same amount so may get professional help for that aswell.
