CBR250RR..... Cable driven speedo..... 600RR is electronic sensor speedo.... If you managed to get around that you may be able to do it, however there is also a lot of other things that would be different between the two.... include the fact that the sensors currently used to run a lot of the other parts of the gauge on the 600RR would be different as well.
You probably could do it, but it wouldn't be a simple swap, and you would also find you would have to buy a lot of other things as well to make sure that things like oil pressure sensor, fuel light, rpm etc would work.
