Very early in the morning - at 8am you don't wait at all, but very early in the morning they don't seem to have many tests available. The average wait time for me has been about 10-15 minutes which is a bit annoying! But keep ringing back every few hours and you will get a decent time!

thanks i try ringing today; i rang at 2pm,2:30pm,3pm and 4pm and each time i got the same message that they were overloaded and to call back later....
