$90k, don't think so... maybe the NR750...
the RVF750R was just under £18,000 when released in 1994, so about $38k Australian, plus a bit for importing and markup (still a seriously large price though).
NR750 was 5 million yen, or £38,000 which is between 50-80k Australian depending on which currency and which part of 1992 you look at...
