All in all this was a successful test fit, only having to change one cable when going from stock to 10 inches up is not a bad effort. I absolutely love the look of it and it feels awesome sitting on the bike!!

So I'll push ahead and get my new bars made up with the height and pullback dimensions matching these bars, and simply replace the clutch cable to solve that one small issue.
