Almost Terminated!
G"day Ppl, had an off on Canning Rd near Pickering Brook last Sunday 9th Nov
Was riding with Phil & Simon and enjoyin the Sun arvo ride along the Mundaring Weir , everthing was fine till I took a right hand turn along Cannng Rd, which at first looked a moderate turn but then hairpins, thats when I hit a gravel patch and had my front end slide out! so i slammed the rear anchors and and aimed for the pea gravel while avoiding a post and a few prickly shrubs and laid her down on her right side until we thudded and stopped! I basically walked away with a scratch and bump on the elbow and the ZXR 750 had some faring damage , I picked her up and kicked her over and finished the ride with the boys.
!!Be careful of loose gravel on corners !!

See, that's what I never got about the Terminator...
A cybernetic organism requires both machine and flesh to function... ala The Borg.
The terminator was a straight up android with a flesh suit, evidenced by the fact that after burning all the flesh off it, it kept wandering around."In all the human societies we have ever reviewed, in every age and in every state, there has seldom if ever been a shortage of eager young males prepared to kill and die to preserve the security, comfort and prejudices of their elders, and what you call heroism is just an expression of this fact; there is never a scarcity of idiots." -The Culture

Glad to hear you're OK. I suppose that's why good riding apparel is worth the money. Shame about the bike but if all you got was a fairing scrape, under the circumstances, you've done OK esp when posts and stuff were there for the hitting.

That would be an extremely unfortunate choice of flesh suit.

Glad to hear your ok mate, learn and move on
You know what you get for being a hero? Nothing. You get shot at. A little pat on the back, blah blah blah, attaboy. You get divorced. Your wife can't remember your last name. Kids don't wanna talk to you. Get to eat a lot of meals by yourself. Trust me kid, nobody wants to be that guy

As I said when we came back to find you - any time you can walk away from an off is a good day.
I was worried what we find when we returned - Congrats on being able to wash off enough speed coz that took some doing
Seeing the condition of your lid, it was lucky you wore the full faced oneDrag'n
