After tank slapping for about 100 meters before pulling it up i was just happy to be alive and not spitting bitumen and more concerned in stopping bleeding etc.
I'm generally a calm and collected sort of person and gave the guy the benefit of the doubt as he was extremely apolagetic and excepted blame only now he's starting shit and that makes me agro

Well my insurance lapsed the day before and as there were amendments needed on policy iwas waiting on new renewal
meaning i have to claim from his insurance which i can't do unless he makes claim
he now says he was indicating so i had to give way and i'm a fucking dickhead for riding without insurance
i don't have a cage and ride my bike 365 days a year so no other option

I thought there was a grace period in insurance policies. Someone a few months ago had their bike flogged the day after lapse and was still paid out.

Ahhhh - Indicating... An inherent issue with poor Perth drivers.
For some reason, people that drive in Perth think that putting an indicator on, once they have initiated a move and are already changing lanes is acceptable and gives them right of way. More often than not, those behind are on the brakes to create a gap for the idiot changing lanes.
