Which is the better deal on the gsx750R?

Just looking for advice on what is better to get, i ridden the second hand one and it feels great smooth and no problems, the new one is still on the show-room floor untouched.

1. Brand New 2011/07, $16000 Black Odo-?km (new)
comes with oggi knobs, better handles, fender eliminator and all that other stuff new bikes come with.

2. Second Hand 2009, $1300 White Odo-9000km

comes with oggi knobs, after market exhaust no back seat just a cowl.


Please help me decide which is the better deal to get.

I would take the new one but thats just me, if the other one was under 12 i would probably take that

The new one, 3k drop for a 3 models old used one is no where near close, imagine trading in... they'd take 6k off.

I'd go the new as the improvements made from the previous model is very noticeable ... but i'm curious that they put on a fender eliminator

I got mine for $15400 ride away, with seat cowl and 12 months rego

New one, only 3 k different, but I think the seller for the 09 is dreaming.

Get the new one, but don't pay that much for it, after all it is last years model

Oh and if it really does have an FE, make sure you ask for the proper fender as well

the new one is actually 15600 but the oggi knobs will be a dear 400 so thats the damage, unless u guys can gimmy a better place to put the oggies on im am a big considerer on the new model!!!

Fark oggies for $400!!!! there are plenty of brands of "Frame sliders" get the bike and do a shop around

i would contact all dealers aust wide ask for their best price in writing dropped off to your door ,you maybe lucky and find a dealer overstocked

Managed to get a few extras with a bike, due to different shops managed to match the price so went with the best extras!!
Hopefully will get the bike in two weeks for a newbie ride, see on the streets!

Well done, One of the best things to do with any purchase is go to who you want to get it from (Local/fave dealer) last,
knowing exactly how much you will pay equalling the lowest price elsewhere.
