BIKE STOLEN. Arghhhhhhhhh. :(

Hey guys. I live with a dude going by the name of virt as some of you might or might not know.

All they stole was Jakes bike and helmets plus his remote controlled cars and helicopters.

It's a 2010 CBR1000r. Its been slightly modded. I can't really find a picture of it any where except on this thread about his lighting on the bike Custom HID projector headlights with DRLs (Completed!)

Not really sure anybody can do anything except be on the look out for this bike. He had virt stickers on their and i guess it will be removed quick smart.

Also he had mesh stuff on the vents on the side of the bike plus a fender eliminator. His brake light flashes 3-4 times when he first applies the brake.

Jake is also over east right now and hasn't answered his phone yet. I'm just really fucking devo for him.

The hid and LED mosds are a stand out, at least if it gets riden arround Perth it will be easy to spot head on.

Fuck man, that sucks. As Shan said, it's pretty unique (I remember seeing the thread for the mod and being damn impressed), but it might not stand out that much because it's front on only.

That sucks! My 2010 blade was also stolen a few months back and I spotted it a couple of weeks ago being ridden in midland... No doubt in my mind about it... Same number plate being used just bent upwards... Couldn't believe my eyes!

Just a tip, I know it's a pain, but how about having a padlock on the inside of the roller door, so they can't just lift it up and piss off with stuff, makes it a little harder, if they don't have a bolt cutter then they have to go through the house to get out.

Which reminds me, I paid a fortune for good padlocks and had them keyed alike and the kids still aren't doing it, after 2 breakins ya think they would!!!

How do they know whether or not there is any eveidence when all they do is issue you a reference number and get back to speed enforcement?

They should at least do a preliminary investigation, but they never bother...
