Had a dirt bike rider have a crash at Lancelin - gets a lawyer involved, and now looks like Gingin shire is to blame for not having adequate signage about the place warning people riding dirt bikes is dangerous. WTF???
This guy and his lawyer has fucked the whole riding area for everybody now, as the shire are trying to shut it down.

What really pisses me off is the legal system - or more specifically the judges/magistrates. I realise they are bound by the law, but the clearly have a degree of discretion in how they interpret situations. It is about time that with these pathetic situations a judge had the balls to say "no, it is your fault and you and you only must suffer the consequences".
