Cage match - Turbo vs. NO2 - different camera bike setup

Domestics Throw Down-Vette vs Trans Am- Pontiac vs- Video

This was a great sleeper matchup. The Vette had a well hidden dual stage nitrous oxide setup. The TransAm had a very clean turbo nestled underneath the hood.

Had a slow rolling start at about 25 and ran to about 150. Great road for rolls. The change in pavement color marked the hit-point.

Didn't have the normal camera mount setup on the bike behind.

At the end of the day...

turbo = no bottle, no need to keep refilling the fucker, and can be more easily controlled.

however, nitrous is good to get big turbos on boost properly Nitrous gives you +xxx hp more or less instantly...
    stuff

    Good points, both of them.

Myself, I appreciate the 'always there' nature of a Turbo.

nos is a pain in the ass, keeping bottle preassure constaint, full, etc etc. But in the end its probably the cheapest and best fun thing you can bang on a stockish engine!! the feeling of the extra hp kiking you in the ass at the flick of a switch is unreall!!

having said that see how easly the bike kep't up with them both.
a cage is still a cage and untill one can do a easy 10 from factory for under 20k I wont be wasting any more money.

Most good sport bikes could have kept with the cars without difficulty. It is hard to find the cars that can hang with or beat fast bikes.
