If you read two wheels magazine he has a column every month.

He's been basically living out of a caravan last few years racing in Europe. He's in a few of the local series there and didnt he get a motogp ride at philip island just this last season but crashed out in practice? Rising talent to watch..

Think he's also been doing alot of team testing internationally, and think he was riding for BMW in endurance races.

Damo is a top bloke. Hasn't lost his Aussie "charm". Like lots of riders tho, he is talented, works hard, just needs a break. Thought he had one with the Ducati satellite team in MotoGP last year until he stacked it in practice and couldn't race.

He has done very well in World Endurance Racing but lost his ride to a guy with less talent but more sponsors!!!!
Very soon we will have no new riders from Australia able to make it overseas because of the lack of sponsorship money. Such a shame!!
Also keep an eye out for Young Aussie Arthur Sissis in Moto 3. he came from Speedway as a Junior and almost won the RedBull Rookies cup last year.
