I found the Joondalup licensing centre quicker, more efficient and more flexible than most businesses. I couldn't fault them. I was expecting the worst as you do with government entities.

Basically I see it as you have to pay first. Simple issue of cash up front. They call it what ever takes their fancy that day, but it's payment to take the test.

No, you do not have to wait until after you've done your year before you can look at booking your test.

I don't know why she said that. Perhaps you heard her wrong due to excessive consumption of hallucinogenic mushrooms... Perhaps she told you the wrong think because she was on the mushrooms...

Either way, it's not the case. If you're able to do a test on or after say March 5th, and that test comes available on the 3rd of February, of course you can book it then in advance.

Just call back and get a different phone operator. Ive found that test slots suddenly open up when you do this.
