ok heres the deal ive been going through the same bike shop for the last 6 months and spent roughly bout 3.5k their i ordered a new jacket from them mid november and they said they didnt have my size and it was on back order they estimated early december i was like yeh no dramas i call early feb they say theyll get back to me once they call wholesaler never call i call again they say yeh late decemeber im getting annoyed as i payed full payment upfront but christmas season its gotta be expected soooo late decemeber comes i call again "someone will call you back" yeh that never happend i call back the wholesaler is closed but well get back to you on the 3rd yeh i had to call again then they get back to me with ok your jacket has just arrived over east not sure what state they said now its been to long to remeber! you should get it next week so i shud of got it last week i call today still nothing heres my ordeal i got 100$ discount when i bought it but f*** me its been ages never paying for something they dont have in stock ever again

If you are wound up enough about it, I believe you have the right to cancel the order and reclaim all funds paid. Double check with Fair trading or Consumer protection though.
