Almost every time I see something as stupid as this prick, or anybody generally mistreating their offspring through pig-ignorance, I mutter something about wishing there was a license to breed.

There are all ready so many problems in this world due to people not taking the responsibility for their actions. The more freedom of choice you take off people, the less capable they are of making choices with that they have control over. At least, thats how it seems.
It&#39;s all about consequence and responsibility. take away those, and for a lot of people theres no reason not to just do whatever they damn well feel like.



In regards to the kids in some sort of pannier device on a bike. imagine what would happen to the kid in a highside. or if a car went into the side of the bike?
really anywhere something like that could be mounted, would be a protrusion from the bike, and would thus take the brunt of any impact where the bike hit the ground.

Why worry ? most bikes have the screen frame.. teach the kid to hang on..
