Yeah took one for a spin yesterday up to Mundaring Great East Highway up the hill ? It was a hill i think i didnt notice . It just glided up there . Very easy to ride and at my age ( 50 ) its good. Had lay forward bikes before and my elbows now have tendonitis so they kill me. Upright for me now. Anyway it was so effortless in getting up to speed and a good gearbox . It didnt like the rough part of the road but then thats the road !! . The one i tested had a japanese yoshimura slip on and it sounded and went great.I liked it that much i nearly ended up at the Lakes turn off to York . Savage Suzuki in Midland are doing great deals ATM 4.99% and a free ipod as well ?Just waiting to get mine in a few days
Got mine last Tuesday . After a few days of riding to work and back it take a while to get use to the power from my 21kw Hyosung 250cc to 78kw Susuki 750cc. I use to have to rev my 250cc out to get anywhere but this bike is just crusin now . Gone from 5 speed to 6 speed so i keep forgeting im in 5th gear and changing down also. The bike itself is good quality so get the bike you want mate but im very happy with my purchase.I find after riding it im not as fatigued as i use to be.Also found i was changing gears to early rather than reving it to the furthurest extent . ? Again prob due to the 250cc . I have not noticed too much the wind on my body being that its more upright. The large tank protects most of me.Im 178cm. I had a Yoshuma Carbon fibre exhaust fitted and it sounds cool.Still running it in as ive done 141klms from new . Took me a while to get use to the throttle. At first i found it very loose and touchy .I got a white one by the way as i just liked the contrast. Im going to get a grab handle for $40 as a pillion really has nothing to hold on too . Got to keep the missus happy. Anyways i will let you know more when i do a few more klms. But im very happy with this bike.
Oh im in Camillo

Oh that reminds me. I will no longer be getting my GSR750 in May, as i'm sure you've all seen my other thread. I binned my current bike, which means i need to repair that so i can get to work and bike and not be stuck in a cage.
Work to ride, and ride to work.
How do you bin a 250cc???? Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

Over confidence bro. simple as that, noob mistake. Such if life, live and learn amirite?
The day i binned it a mate put up a quote on facebook " Don't waste a good mistake, learn from it" Couldn't have felt stronger towards it if i wanted to.
Edit; well this was this guy who wreckons i just got to slow and my stand caught the ground. That's what happened to his 250. So either that, or overconfidence. Either way, i was being a dick and got bit.
Work to ride, and ride to work.
Lol for sure mate. Good attitude. Usually as soon as I start feeling over confident on a ride I head home. I probably learnt most of my lessons on the dirt before I started on the road which I think has been invaluable.

Well, i had somewhat of a gut feeling but i orginally planned to go out there and take it easy. Which i did, i took the corner between 10 - 15 k's slower than usual. But yeah. Ahh well. Yeah man that would have helped alot, riding dirt. Still keen as ever to get my GSR750, just have to wait until July / later.
Work to ride, and ride to work.
The longer you wait the more you will appreciate it![]()
