I ordered something off this site about 6 weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived. Emails to their customer service bounce back and their tracking doesn't work.

Just wondering if anyone has used them before, or has any ideas in regards to what steps to take from here.

i'm guessing my next optin is to get up in the middle of the night and call them.

Did you make sure you paid for airfreight? If you are waiting for surface mail, expect 10-14 weeks from the US, or 8 weeks for a good ride...... You always have to make sure you specify how they will ship it, otherwise they will surface it for about 15% of the shipping they charge you, then laugh all the way to the bank.....

According to their website, "Due to possible border restrictions, International delivery may sometimes take up to 5 weeks. IMEX delivers to your local mail carrier who then delivers to the address provided with your order. Please contact customs, or your local postal service as your order may be held for inspection or duites."

Personally, I would be allowing maybe 7-8 weeks once the money was taken from your credit card for delivery.

Isn't it funny how things work out. It was never so much the time it was taking, it was more that the cust service emails bounced and the tracking didn't work that started to freak me out.

But anyway, I've been worrying about it for a few days since I got back from holidays (i expected it to be delivered while I was away, as I ordered something the day after and that go here the day before I left on holidays, which was 10 days ago)

ANYWAY.... I put this post up, and bitched to a mate that I was gonna have to call the states and blah blah blah...

I get back from lunch and it's sitting on my desk

however, it's a bit big. Not too big, just bigger than I normally wear. Stupid Fat Americans.
