Learner - First Lesson

Hi guys,

Just wondering wether the instructor will assess your abilities and then go from there or if everyone has to go through all that car park time wasting? as I already have riding down pat having my dad as a shadow, now just need to make sure i have no bad habbits and learn specifics for the test.

I never had to do the car park tell them you can already ride fine in traffic and they will start from there!

Yeah same with me. He asked how much I know, I told him and went straight to O turns and E stops on first lesson

I on the other hand had 0 experience when i first started lessons so we started in Selby St carpark for 1 lesson. Then off to the road...

I said I couldn't afford to pay for my lessons, so the instructor took me to his 'special' park... I learnt how to ride that day, but not in a good way!
