Skullskinz do design up stuff I think - maybe they haven't thought of it yet (or could there be a trademark issue?)

Skullskinz will do custom if you supply design - should be fairly straight forward, not that complicated.

I doubt they could copyright a colour with two dots for eyes. So if you really want one someone would be able to create it for you

With the world the way it is, anything is possible.
Heck, Cadbury has that shade of purple as a TM afaik. Not 100% sure if they won or not, but they tried.

Cadbury did not win the right to trademark the colour.

But that lawsuit was more about Darryl Lea using purple boxes for it's chocolates, Cadbury claimed the were passing stuff off at theirs.

Police would be a bigger problem than copyright infringement. Probably with good reason in this case - I imagine you could see approximately shit all out of that visor... It doesn't make me want one less...

I don't believe the visibility though the visor with the decal would be so poor that it would hinder your vision to the point it becomes dangerous.

You obviously have not used public transport or noticed those massive advertising decals they put on buses. The view from inside the bus through the decals are still reasonable considering they look like pictures from the outside.
