Isn't there some law about unnecessary force used during an arrest? If that happened on our soil would there be repercussions for the police?
Remember the story.. Was in mexico IIRC. He robbed a bank, demanded a sportsbike or he'd off hostages, got one, they smashed him off his bike down the road.
