Well, after a bit of saving and waiting, finally managed to buy the rearset's I wanted for the FZ6S last week. Went in and picked them up today, and can't wait to put them on......

The reason I've gone with these is for two reason.....

Adjustability. Not only can the position of the foot peg be adjusted, but so can the toe peg for the brake or gear selector, depending on you foot length...... Makes it a lot easier than just adjusting the lever up or down.

Design. These are the only rearsets for the FZ6S that still run the gear lever selector rod through the existing hole in the frame. All other rearsets (the couple of others that are available) actually have this rod run around the outside of the frame, and look pretty average.

    A few pics

    The Standard Rearsets.......

    The New Rearsets

Now the fitting and adjusting fun begins

    They look noice

I'd love some rearsets for mine. Sato make some that look OMFG, WOW!

...and the price tag is in line with that.

Could also go with Acculign, Woodcraft (Non adjustable though), Gillies, and a few others...

Still, you get what you pay for!

Nice work mate, they look like quality items! Rear sets make a huge difference to you riding comfort, and now that I also finally have some am totally stoked with the results... have fun setting them up!
The universe likes speed. Don't delay. Don't second guess. Don't doubt. When the opportunity is there, when the impulse is there, when the intuitive nudge from within is there, act.

I imagine it can be uncomfortable riding without rearsets, makes sense now that you finally have some and you've noticed a huge difference!

Good to see they finally arrived mate, may the bling gods shine down brightly upon them
