Has an 1125cc liquid cooled Rotax V twin apparently which produces 140hp. Doesnt say how much it weighs though..

And apparently they're releasing a 450cc Rotax engined dirtbike as well??

    Nice.

With a Rotax engine in one, I might just have to have a look.

    Love my Rotax engined bikes

Hmm nice, dont know about the front though, looks a bit much like an R1 for me.

Still might be a damn nice bike with the new engine, always liked Buell anyways.

still a bigger motor and less HP (and torque) than a 1098...

Still, a damn sight better that using the harley lump. I wonder if they finally realised that it was the engine stopping so many people getting one.

A shame as the engine is in some ways the best part of the bike.

(Plus as I have said ad nauseam, it is not a 'Harley' engine - it is based on a Harley engine but has virtually no common parts and double the power.)

Dude, you can't compare american to italian. You're lucky it starts, let alone produces 140hp. Seems like a fun bike to me?

My point was more that an american bike is actually getting performance stats, don't sip on the haterade. They're new to embracing technology.

Bah. If you saw Transformers last night you'd see that Rotax powered motorcycles can help save the world.

That new Buell is dog-ugly. What is with that air scoop? It looks like a helmet has been stored on the side of the bike.

I'll be sticking with my 'old' XB12R Firebolt.

[As an aside: I notice the tail unit and airbox cover (dummy fuel tank) appear to be lifted straight from the XB series. If it was a Jap bike nothing would have been carried over from the previous model.]

I agree that the old buells looked better. A look of their own.

Kinda looks like a love child between an R1, a 996 and an sv1000

It's got those funky outside brakes. I don't like the intakes at the front, makes it look like it's driving a turbofan or something.
