It is a very temporary looking sign Commander Keen. Basically a steel frame with the sign printed on a sheet of paper.

I'm thinking maybe the crazy old man has put up his own home made signage to ward off the evil bikies..... with L's...

I'd be VERY surprised if that's a real sign. I think someone should ride around the carpark to see who turns up. If it's a resident, then the council should be chasing them.
"Once you can have people more frightened of disorder than tyranny, it enables you to do almost anything you like so far as legislation is concerned." Chief Judge Antoinette Kennedy, 26/3/2010.
"The State must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation." Adolph Hitler, Mein Kampf
People impersonating officialdom can get into serious trouble.
It's just a nutter rant, feel free to pull it down, I would

Floreat, Wembley and Jolimont are kinda like Mandurah - the average age is deceased, though slowly decreasing as Nanna and grandad drop off the perch, the kids or grandkids are moving in and either knocking over the houses and rebuilding, rennovating or subdividing.
Clearly on both points, the elderly do not have a lot to do, they watch the nieghbours with 20/10 vision yet the same fuckers cant see shit on the roads
Need a shadow, will PM you later in Feb once Ihave had some lessons
The roof is currently off the "Rosie" the Feroza, more than happy to park near Halesworth and provide some "musical accompaniment", you guys ride past to Ride of the Valkyries (if we could get some busty 6ft tall scantily clad warriors to do it that would have to be admittedly better right?) followed by a napalm strike and this quote :
Disclaimer :
Admittedly I have been drinking frothy Mexican beveridges, they are kinda running low and are about to be joined, in a beer warriors kamikaze death by some Japanese bretheren.
I did a few laps this arvo, apart from people with dogs giving me pissed off looks because they wanted to let their dogs of the lead there was little action from the locals.

Letting their dogs off the lead in a public carpark is an extraordinarily stupid thing to do.

not in there either....
Percute et Percute Velociter
So is that sign an indication for me to practice my wheelies after dusk? Or would that be pushing it....
Also if you guys think this is a serious injustice of the restriction if use of a public place maybe silly today tonight or current affair might be interested in doing a segment on this "injustice"
I had a quick read through it yesterday, they mention that they can prohibit activities from the carpark but do not mention how they will notify those involved, punishments, reasons etc
it is just an open clause so they can do whatever they deem necessary [sarcasm] but the sign totally looks legit [/sarcasm]

figured as much. Thinking about it, it's the same in the RTC and RTA.

Well when I just went down there there was a learner driver (car) so I figured they'd get done before me, since all I was doing was o-turns. But my partner said that when He stood at one end of the car park he couldn't even hear me when I went down to the other end. Now granted my bike isn't exactly massively loud but I doubt a scorpio is any louder.

It's about 100x300m of flat, safe and unobstructed ground. Its perfect for learning basic car control and parking.
