Or steal a cop bike and go do woollies on it.

:edit: don't try. Just because they're on the side of the road with engines running, doesn't mean you can leap on and ride off into the distance.

They have another key on the side fairing (LHS usually), the pork pilot can remove this key and leave the engine running, but if you put it in gear it will kill the engine.

:edit of edit: so steal oinker's tazer, knock the prick out, grab his keys and THEN go do woolies!!!

when i lost my license 3 years ago for doing a wheelie i was also doing 115 in a 50 zone the cop that got me was waiting and closed off the end of the street with his car giving me no chance to run. he could have done me for the hoon laws but when he asked if that was my only mode of transport he got me for reckless driving instead so i was lucky and i was also in dunsborough at the time. i guess it comes down to how the cop is feeling on the day and if he has something to prove all i got in the end was 6 months suspended license and $500 fine for a first offence.

You'd be supprised.

I am waiting to geat some papers from a friend regarding the new standard of testing for motorcycle assessors. From what I understand there should be alot of people failing thier liscence test in the near future.

I believe this comes from the DPI itself tho, not the ORS. They have decided to take the stand and make a change early.

You can opt to take "good behavior period". It's 12 months of not getting a fine and you dont loose your lisence. However if you do get a fine it's double or nothing, 6 month suspension.

I suggest you seek legal advice before handing over your cash there is something some where about not within 200 meters of a change of speed zone can't remeber if its camera's or hand helds or both.

Its the Victorian mobile speed camera policy manual from 2007 but cant be much different here, or do we have a WA policy hidden away somewhere?

See TjSpeed's thread for the discussion on his/her legal info request.
Gecko, Police policy is different from what is legal.
Firestorm, yeah but it's not just 'get a fine and you've blown it'; you have to accrue 2 demerits to have blown it.
