Rear seat cowl

Has anyone brought or seen one of those cheap rear seat cowls you can buy off ebay? Just wondering if they look any good?
For my 01 R1 i can get one between 40-80 dollers compared to 500 odd bucks for what i'm guessing is a genuine one.

A friend did this a while ago. Although I'm certain there are 'decent' copies around, that one certainly wasn't. Paint finish, fit and general finish were all shite.

i bought one when i had my 600rr.. wasnt the best finish.. paint finish was pretty poor.. and colour was pretty badly matched.. general fit was also quite poor.. had to do some of my own modifications to make it fit a bit better.. basically you pay for what you get..

although in saying that im sure there are some decent china ones out there.. the hard bit is just finding the good sellers i guess.

yep ... colour will be issue. That's why I went factory ... that and my colour can't be copied
