Recommend a fairing repair (photos inside)

I dropped my bike on Christmas eve ;(

Based on the photos, could anyone recommend someone to repair it?

The throttle and brake is also bent a little but I'm sure that's not too hard to fix up.
Any advice would be really appreciated, this is my first time fixing up a bike.

from experience, oggy knob would have saved most of the damage if it is a stationary drop.

    doesn't help I know.

if I were you I would perform DYI repair.

    cheers stephan

I'll be investing in some crash knobs as soon as i'm back in riding condition

Oh yeah, and does anyone know if the mirror mount for the ≤2008 ZX6R is the same as the 2009+? There are a heap of mirrors on ebay but I'm not sure about the mount

don't straighten clipons, replace them. its not worth the risk of a bar breaking whle your riding.

That is not just bent, that is fractured by the looks of it. Definately replace!!!

Get a price from Kawasaki for a new fairing before getting it repaired. You might find the price for a new one is comparable to getting yours fixed and you dont have to have your bike out of action while you are waiting for the new one to be delivered. The fairing will come painted from Kawasaki, and from memory there is only 1 sticker you will need to put on before putting it on your bike.
Your are only young once but can stay immature forever!

Thanks for the advice everyone. I have been quoted around $750 for two new fairings and they're ordering the new bar and brake level to be installed tomorrow hopefully.

It'll be great to be back on my bike after waiting 5 days for the shops to reopen!

Don't attempt to bend the brake lever back with pliers or anything - more than one of my friends have managed to snap the end of theirs off like this..

Oh, and call them 'battle scars'; much better than 'I dropped my bike'
