It actually depends on which of the two vehicles was 'changing direction' at the time of the incident. As I read it, it was the bike that was initiating a change of direction.

a quick update on my mate.

He's out of hospital now and getting around though not 100% yet.

AND...


the stupid mole that hit him is now claiming that he was doing wheelies down the road and speeding etc.. (basically anything that makes him look bad). Fortunately there was another witness to the incident who is going to back him up as the need arises so there shouldnt be too much problems with that
