Easily find something in that range
Visit any bike shop, they all stock boots. I picked up my Sidi's for a $100, but they're used

i haven't looked in a shop yet. i'm also after new ones. i don't like the idea of using second hand shoes.

Hi Daggles, I got some great water proof 3/4 boots from Bikers Den in Bunbury. They're RJays Urbans RJays Urban boots

    Think they were about $180

Comfy all day and easy on/off.
    Be patient or become one.

call me weird, just don't like wearing second hand shoes. that's all. plus figured everything else is new, may as well get new boots.
i just haven't looked in a shop yet, that's all. only thought about it today. plus i wanna know what else is out there.
really like the look of thous forma boots, and some of the RJays Urbans look pretty good.

Saw some motodry 3/4's for $160 in Fifth Element, so you should be able to grab a pair in Bunno without too much pain I would hope.

Berik GPX Waterproof Boots - Bikebiz - New & Used Yamaha Kawasaki Aprilia Motorcycles, Motorbike Parts & Accessories

I bought a pair of these one rainy day cos they were cheap and I had the shits with riding round in damp socks. They quickly became my favourites, and I use them for commuting in all weather, long trips as well as playing in the twisties. They don't have toe sliders but my sliders have only touched the tarmac in anger once anyway.

Trevor at bikers den will sort you out mate. He managed to source me some Falco's when I went in to get all my gear, needed to be ordered in as I have a size 13 foot, but was worth the wait and were somewhere near the $200 mark, can't remember exactly.

He has a pretty big range on the shelf too, and whatever he doesn't have he can order, so have a chat to him and he will sort you out.

I saw some RST Boots i think they were for 199, or you can go better and get decent alpine boots like that i got for 299 then just ask what how much they can do em for, i got 10% off mine was wasn't bad.

RST Tractech WP Sport boot 1534 - Official RST Motorcycle Products These are the boots i saw, obviously this is a UK site. I saw them in Dale Britton for 199.
Work to ride, and ride to work.

    ^^ WGS
RST Tractech are the boot if I would buy I was limiting myself to $200.
Next step up I would go for the Alpinestar 2011 S-MX R Perforated Boot

    One-O-One Riding Shoe | Alpinestars

Comfortable enough to wear all day.
Don't feel out of place on most rearsets.
Will pass as work shoes in a relaxed office.

Prices vary, sizing is about spot on. Have a look about online.

The Teknic Chicane is rated by Sport Bike Track Gear (watch their reviews on YouTube - they're comprehensive) as about the best entry level Race boot you can buy. I grabbed a pair online from the Forum sponsor - Suberbike Toy Store - at a price that was within your budget (you get a discount if you email them saying you're from PSB ). Money well spent.

go try some on then go to one of the online sites -www.superbiketoystore.com or RIDERS DISCOUNT: Motorcycle Accessories, Motorcycle Helmets & Gear etc and order them there. they will be significantly cheaper. eg top end sidi's are $600ish here or $400 there - there are boots from about $100 on those two sites that would cost $150-200 here.
