    Riding schools, which one?

I just bought a 02 cbr 600 f4i, as this is my first sport bike (had owened a sv 650 and ducati monster) I wish to learn a propelly riding technique that will allow me to have fun and ride safe not just on the track but in everyday riding.
Now, I am undecided between Ridedaywa (they were present at the last Perth bike expo) and trackdayz. What you guys think? Obviously i am looking for level one as i never be on a track or rode a sport bike before.
Sorry for my bad english (bloody Italians)

Thank a mill ans hope to meet some of you on the track!

You could also get in contact with Alert and find out when they are next doing a Roadcraft day, also and ARD with RAC.

Both the Trakdayz and Ridedays with Motorcycle Racing Club of WA are worth the money as well.

Why not do them all personally I'd do them in the order I have listed

Trackdayz and Ridedays will get you more track focus tuition (they are done on barbagallo raceway) They will teach you things like race lines, cornering techniques etc. They are great and well worth it, heaps of fun too, although you may get the trackday / racing bug if you go a few times...

The RAC advanced ride day will be much more focused on braking and low speed bike handling as well as some high speed stuff, much better for learning to use your bike in traffic, but not out in the traffic, on their closed course near the airport - the bonus is that it opens their track up as an option for tuning days (I.e go ride your bike fast around their track)

Finally some tuition providers - like Elite, do advanced roadcraft courses, these take place on the road, and the instructors will comment on your riding in general out in the real world.

I have done trakdayz and champions group 1 ride days. Trakdayz are excellent - quality lectures and supervised riding, hence all riders in the group know what they are meant to be doing. I believe ridedays are similar to trakdayz, though have a greater emphasis on going faster - I have not done their ride day before. I would avoid champions group 1 ride days as there are no lectures, only optional tutorials which costs extra and did not seem to be taken up by many new riders. Hence some riders in the group were riding with no previous tuition or tack experience - I felt less safe in the champions group 1

    +1 for trakdayz

no need to be intimidated or stressed by the idea of riding around a race track. in group 1 everyone is new, they will teach you the protocol.
