Hahah.
Natural selection sometimes needs a little help.

Rider is right on the white arrow too.
Even cars slide on those things when it's greasy.

Imagine the Sunday times working for good....Front page article...

Pulling up on white line, middle of lane , =no roadcraft, wrong helmet, no other safety gear (not that it's not the riders choice but I doubt the passenger was able to make an informed decision)

etc etc etc..

  3. combination of both of the above
He may be a tool, but I can't comment as I can't say I have never done anything foolish.
Yes it sh!ts me that scooter accidents are classed as motorcycle accidents by cops, insurance, media & the general public when you can ride with only a car license and no M/C training

1) Rider has no buffer between him and the vehicle in front;
2) Rider has stopped on the frikkin painted arrow, in the centre of the lane;
3) Pillion is wearing a bicycle helmet A GODDAMN BICYCLE HELMET FOR FUCKS SAKE;
4) Pillion is not seated on a seat, he is seated on a luggage rack: this is illegal; and
5) Rider and pillion are fags.

I spotted the real problem, rider and pillion were riding in B&W almost sepia tones! Should have gone out in colour.

Safety first

Gee I wish they would hurry up and get some more speed cameras set up! there is far too much of this sort of thing happening on our roads.
I guess its timely to add that if the rider had the forethought to put a front number plate on his machine this breach would not have happened.
What are the authorities thinking!!!
