Gday all,
I have my "R" class test next week, any tips on what they are looking for? I got through the "RE" no probs but am not sure if it is the same test exactly or not? Besides I cant remeber what was in it as it was over 2 years ago now!!![]()

Where are you doing your test?
My R test was longer and more full on than RE - did RE at Willagee and R at Welshpool. Guy was good tho - covered everthing, controlled braking, "O" turns, hill start, roundabouts (indicating out of etc.), the old "stop at a safe place" bit, bit of a burn along the Roe Hwy - it was all good.
If you know your stuff you'll be fine. They do expect a bit more road nouse from you tho - afterall, you've been on the roads for at least 12 months, but the guy I had was good about the usual test nerves!
Good luck!![]()
I used to have a handle on life......but it fell off!
I did mine in the pouring rain so all I did was emergency stop and figure Os, plus a bit of riding around. Did it at willagee and only lost a point when I pulled into the carpark at the end. It wasn't any harder than my RE.
im a holding, stroking, loving machine...also spanking
Cool, went down to Midland today and did the "R" class test, passed it no worries. Did stuff up a bit on the "O"s as the old Fizzas turning circle aint that great and only just made the turn, so I lost a point there. But the main thing is I can ride legally now!!!![]()
Now I am looking forward to the M.A.D ride!!!![]()
