I got them from a customer of mine.
No idea where he got them from.
They're not cheap... well over $100 by the time you get them to your door from the UK

Read a rather amusing article once... a few years ago...
Synopsis:
Bike journo goes for a race day, first time. He qualifies, lines up then off they go. He gets faster and faster, until he's ssliding his knee, then says "You know, I was feeling like Doohan... knee scraping the ground, was really good! The I started to scrape my elbow... I thought I was Jean Phillipe Ruggia, then I started to slide my shoulder, and thought Uh Oh, something's not quite right here..."
