Wanted to Borrow: three bike trailer for Road bikes

A few of us are embarking on a journey across Australia to Phillip Island to the work Supers and the After Burner ride day. To acheive this we will require a trailer capable of carrying 3 bikes and hopefully some gear.
If you are able to help or have a solid idea to help us out, we would really appreciate it.

A fee or deal can be arrange of course.

we managed to hire one to get 3 bikes back from Broome. cost about $400 for 2 weeks i think.

it wasn't specifically a bike trailer but it had a cage and plenty of tie down points. with a couple of simple modifications it held 3 bikes, a couple of swags, esky's and other misc. gear.

might not be exactly what you are after, but could be an option if you are stuck.

All 3 driving or is someone catching a plane? Could swap you my ute for the statey for the trip and you could put one in the back and 2 in a trailer if needed? Supers is March? You've got my number anyway if you want to discuss.

pm falcore he was talking about gettin rid of his trailor could be made to fit 3 bikes we use it for our new south whales trip and it did the job well think he was asking 500 bucks

This could be a satisfactory option. Do you remember where you hired it from ?

i just had a look for the receipt, but couldn't find it, sorry mate. off the top of my head it was similar to one of the "U Haul" franchises.

got the large cage which allowed a tarp to go all the way over the top of the bikes, with the swags/bags/etc on either side against the cage. towed all the way to (gear only) Broome and back (gear + 3 bikes) with a standard commodore no trouble at all.

like i said though, not specifically a bike trailer so maybe not what you are after?
